Tips
- Always identify your audience, purpose, and context before you start writing. Knowing these elements will result in targeted documents that get read.
- Don't bold, underline, center, italicize, and capitalize text. Pick one typeface treatment to make certain text, such as headings, really stand out.
- Only underline text users can click.
- Refrain from utilizing loquacious verbiage. Keep your content appropriate for your audience.
- Give your documents room to breathe. White space is your friend.
